Refund policy

We do not accept returns. We accept exchanges only. 

Exchanges must be made within 5 business days of delivery. If 5 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we will no longer be able to offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Non-exchangeable items: All promotional items.

 
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Process:

If you would like to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@slotsociety.com and we will provide you the address to where to ship your exchange. 

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then email you once your new item has been shipped. 

Sale items and/or promotional  (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.



Shipping
To exchange and send back your product, you should email info@slotsociety.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
